Logistics & Operations Leader × Data Analytics × Systems Builder
I blend 20+ years of warehouse and transportation operations with data analytics and technical innovation to build systems that actually work in the real world.
I'm not your typical operations guy or your typical developer. I'm somewhere in between, and that's my superpower.
My foundation is logistics and operations—over 20 years across both transportation and warehouse management. I've managed carrier networks and negotiated national freight contracts, coordinated multi-state delivery operations and 3PL relationships, and optimized high-volume warehouse fulfillment from receiving to shipping. From managing transportation across 65 locations to running eCommerce operations processing 13,000 orders daily, I've lived the full spectrum of logistics—both the movement of goods and the warehouse operations that make it possible.
Early in my career, I worked on the warehouse floor with SAP systems, managing shipping operations and optimizing workflows. I've coordinated receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes. I've negotiated LTL and FTL carrier rates, built 3PL partnerships, and designed delivery networks. I understand logistics from both angles: the warehouse operations that prepare shipments and the transportation networks that move them.
But managing operations without data is just guesswork. That's where analytics transformed my approach. I started building systems to track everything—freight costs, carrier performance, warehouse efficiency, SKU demand patterns, labor utilization, and order throughput. I created demand forecasting models, optimized bin placement strategies, analyzed cost per mile across carrier networks, and built performance dashboards. Whether it's identifying bottlenecks in pick-pack workflows or optimizing routing efficiency, I use data to drive every decision.
Here's where it gets interesting: I realized the best way to solve logistics problems was to build the technology myself. So I taught myself to code. Not to become a software engineer, but to bridge the gap between operations and IT. Now I build custom automation tools for order processing, integrate carrier APIs and warehouse systems, design inventory optimization algorithms, and develop internal tools that logistics teams can actually use. From Shopify automation to webhook-based fulfillment workflows, I create solutions that connect warehouse operations with technology.
The results speak for themselves: 120% freight profit increase through process redesign and smarter carrier negotiations. $3M in national transportation contracts secured through data-driven RFP responses. Custom delivery management software that reduced dispatch time by 40%. eCommerce fulfillment operations that scaled from 2,000 to 13,000 daily orders without proportional headcount increases through smart automation and optimized workflows.
What makes me different? I don't just write code or analyze spreadsheets from an office. I've worked on the warehouse floor, negotiated carrier contracts, coordinated emergency freight at 2am, optimized picking routes, managed transportation networks across multiple states, built IT infrastructure for logistics companies, and debugged systems when orders absolutely had to ship. My solutions work because they're built by someone who's lived the problems firsthand—someone who understands that in logistics, efficiency impacts the bottom line and delays cost customers.
